Are there a minimum number of required days and/or hours of service?
We offer a flexible minimum of just 1 hour per visit, which sets us apart. Additional hours and days can be arranged as needed, up to full-time care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Am I required to sign a long-term contract?
No, you are not required to sign a long-term contract with AKJ Pillars of Support LLC. You are only billed for the actual hours our caregivers spend in your home. You will need to sign a Service Agreement outlining our commitment to providing the services you need and the agreed-upon schedule. As your needs may change, our nurse will be available to reassess and adjust the care plan as necessary. You can modify or discontinue services at any time without incurring penalties.
